Moving into Stillness for Seekers: 
A Transformational Journey
March 4th- June 17th, 2025
Tuesday evenings 

Our program is designed to accelerate self-discovery and growth and provide participants with the crucial tools to interpret and understand their experience for a more present and purposeful life

​

our transformational training is an invitation to explore and experience what love and ease awaken in our human experience. We don’t do yoga and meditation, we live it, we Are. As we learn new ways to relate to ourselves, manage our responsibilities and navigate life's uncertainties little by little we feel life is manageable, enjoyable and very a gift to live one day at a time.

​We will meet once a week on Tuesdays from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. The deep intention of this training is to support you as you build a wonderful habit of trusting your capacity to regulate yourself, take care of you and experience a peaceful you

.

During our meeting we will explore and heal the body through gentle yoga practices, breathing, inquiring techniques, self-study, receive and embody great knowledge when it comes to moving into stillness and living fully.

 

 We can't wait to meet you and experience this transformational journey together. 

 

The full payment is $900. Payments will be made in four installments.  The first to register is $300. Three more payments of $200 the first of each month for the duration of the program.

​Meeting dates - We'll begin March 4th and graduate June 17th.

The Tuesdays we’ll happily meets are March 4, 11, 18, 25, April 1, 8,15, 22, 29 and May 6, 13, 20, 27, June 3, 10, and 17. This is a small, sacred group with a maximum of 15 students.

We have a total of 4 modules

 

Module 1

Yoga practice & mindfulness philosophy.

  • Nurturing & channeling the gunas - “The State of the mind and the close relationship with the body. The Five elements- channeling 

  • The eight limbs of yoga - The path of wholeness – Living in awareness with intention. Our issues are in our tissues...Healing is possible! 

  • The wisdom of the Pause, Creating Space and Living the Here and Now ~ Ultimate guide for skillful living - Self- regulation, self-knowledge and practices.

  • Moving and transforming Emotions to Motions. The physiological response of our body to emotions, distractions, and bearing the busyness of the mind.

  • Yoga & Meditation as the best medicine. Welcoming wholeness through acceptance and compassion. Meditation is not about quieting the mind… embodying stillness.

 

Meditation is 99% practice 1% theory ~ Meditation is the byproduct of the primary process of removing that which we are not, in order to develop self-knowledge of who we are. The recognition and joy of a meditative state.

  • The beginner's Mind

  • The Path of Awareness as a great method to regulate oneself

  • The Cause of Suffering:  The breath is our connection to our source

  • Body, mental and emotional additions- We are alike than different- The human race

  •  Self-study- Moving from coping to managing to Being

  • Disconnection as Illness and the kind exploration of the mind – The heart as the main center to live a harmonious life and the fulfillment of our human experience

 

Module 2

  • The wisdom of conscious language and its vibratory field 

  • Moving meditation- living by choice.

  • Living with intention, moment by moment.

  • Keeping your stillness practice safe and for good. Virtues that support this amazing exploration of Self vs. Ego. 

  • Honoring oneself~ The practice of Stillness as the safe, loving and spontaneous way of Living.  A lifestyle.

 

Breath-Work & Subtle Body

  • Yogic Breathing, Anatomy and Physiology of the Respiratory System 

  • Yoga posture as a way to support your day-to-day experience ~- Move your body FREE your mind

  • The Science of Breathing- The Divine and Delightful habit of supporting Oneself

  • Reframing and decoding as a transformational practice

 

Module 3

  • ​Changing lanes - Be on the path and stay on the path of ease and joy

  • The path of love and self-knowledge (epigenetics, neuroplasticity, family constellations knowledge and practices)

  • Melting, growing stronger and supple … the body is a wonderful reflection of our mind. 

 

​Subtle Body 

  • The 3 bodies

  • Five Vital Forces

  • The five sheaths or koshas

  • The psychology of the chakra system- living a balanced life 

  • The Oneness and wholeness of this human experience – Inner-alignment & the Physiology of the mind and body

 

Module 4​

  • The Uniqueness of the Heart 

 

Practices to channel the life force and feel Balance 

  • Change as the only constant in life- Embracing it … Becoming. 

  • The profound practice of exploring, contemplating and regulating Oneself.

 

We look forward to welcoming you into our sacred and safe space for you to explore wellness and unity.

The most important habit you can adopt for wellness is meditation. Meditation helps to form all other habits, it helps you to become more peaceful, more focused, less worried about discomfort, more appreciative and attentive to everything in life. Schedule time to learn how meditation can create space and peace where before there was none.
