The Insource Group
We gather on the last Wednesday of every month from 7pm until 8pm. During this gathering I offer energy healing, a mindfulness lecture, an opportunity to share & practice meditation together. This is a sacred and loving space for all of us to be heard, seen, and experience unconditional love as we tap into our unique Inner-source that allows us to see oneself as a source of light and love.

We’ll have comfortable chairs unless you desire to bring your meditation cushion.
