Is Private Meditation Coaching Available?


You bet! At Shanti Heart we believe that creating a healthy space in the mind is required for a Happy balance. Meditation is the Best medication, learning how to use your breath to connect, calm, focus, and expand is a wonderful tool that will change your life. Meditation does not need to be long hours sitting in a cross legged position trying to quiet the mind. It is a practice of creating space in our day, in our lives to be curious and embrace whatever it is that goes through the mind in a loving peaceful manner. Our son told us one day that meditation was like music “Music is not the notes, it is the silence between notes that creates music.” It is through this silence and space that we create that we recognize that we are more than thoughts. We offer a 3 part guided meditation and breathing techniques primer for you to practice every day.  This is the best tool to reduce stress and anxiety supporting you to have a healthy mind/body relationship and with overall life. 


​How long is the session? 


Meditation like everything else is a habit; a good one to embrace and give it a shot and some time. We will teach you first and foremost, the most important part - how to breathe and use your breath to create ease. The sessions last 30 minutes each. 


Where are private sessions held?


We hold our private sessions right here at Shanti Heart to ensure a calming environment and that we have all the supplies necessary. Let us know how we can support you, we are here for you. 


How do I schedule a private session?


​Send us an email and we will send you an intake form and payment arrangement.  It is important for us to understand and relate to your condition, your day to day life stressors and commitments. 


The cost of the 3 session program is $120. It is our pleasure and honor to support you in this amazing practice.
