Art therapy is a form of therapy that encourages creativity and self-expression as vehicles to reduce stress, improve self-esteem, increase awareness and help remedy trauma. While many other forms of therapy depend on verbal language to express feelings and overcome personal obstacles, art therapy allows for other, more abstract forms of communication. This tactic makes room for elements of the subconscious that perhaps are not yet ready or able to be verbalized come to the surface.

Tiffanie Seiler is a self-taught artist, author, art teacher and inspirationist. Born and raised in Louisville, KY, she currently resides in Palm Harbor, Florida. Her art has been collected all over the U.S. and abroad. Her whimsical and vibrant art has been featured on the covers of numerous national publications, including Natural Awakenings Health and Somerset Studio mixed media magazine. Her effervescent and spirited "little girls" have been licensed by Penny Lane publishing, where they have been featured in collaborations with Trader Joes, Zulily and Crown Greetings. Her most recent project includes designing the “Yoga Pants” blush rose wine label for Twin Rivers Winery.

Tiffanie encourages students to let go of fear and anxiety when faced with a blank canvas, we all have a creative being inside of us. One of her greatest desires is to motivate others to spontaneous expression with paint, paper and yoga - living the joy she finds through art!

Her yoga journey began 9 years ago, looking for a healthier lifestyle. In Yoga she found more than just exercise; she learned a way to see life in a new light. Tiffanie shares this joy with others through art. For Tiffanie yoga stretches more than just muscles, it reaches past your mat and intertwines with every aspect of your life. Next in her journey is to begin to study for her 200 hour yoga teacher certification in the coming year.
